If the CQC are taking enforcement action against you we can offer you a proactive support package, tailormade to your individual circumstances that can assist you with Civil Action such as Notices of Proposal (NOPs) and Notices of Decisions (NODs), alongside Warning Notices. This can include suspensions or restrictions being placed on services you provide, or an expectation to take urgent improvement action.
