With more than 22 years’ experience within the healthcare sector and the CQC itself, Tracey brings invaluable insight into the CQC’s complex expectations to HLTH Resourcing.
She has experience on the ground in the demanding world of health and social care, working formerly as a Registered Manager within a large domiciliary care service. Furthermore, when working for the CQC Tracey inspected services across all sectors. This experience developed her insight and in-depth understanding of the CQC and the healthcare sector.
Tracey understands what it is like to work within the health and social care sectors, and is also extremely well informed about the complex standards and regulations of the CQC in terms of an organisation’s staff and management.
Day-to-day, Tracey sources exceptional trusted and compliant professionals for our candidates, often supporting them during periods of crisis or sudden transition.
Furthermore, she engages in regular supportive conversations tailored to the needs and requirements of an individual manager and the complexity of the service- delivering industry leading interim management support.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, plus a real passion for the sector, and has already supported many of our clients in their recruitment needs.
