With more than 12 years’ experience within the healthcare sector and the CQC itself, she brings an invaluable insight into the CQC’s complex expectations to HLTH Resourcing.
She has experience in both primary and secondary care, working formerly as a Registered Nurse and Pharmacy Technician. Furthermore, within the CQC she was an Inspector with the Adult Social Care and Hospitals directorate.
This means she understands what it is like to work within the health and social care sectors, and is also extremely well informed about the complex standards and regulations of the CQC in terms of an organisation’s staff and management.
Day-to-day, Victoria sources exceptional trusted and compliant professionals for our candidates, often supporting them during periods of crisis or sudden transition.
Furthermore, she engages in regular supportive conversations tailored to the needs and requirements of an individual manager and the complexity of the service- delivering industry leading interim management support.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, plus a real passion for the sector, and has already supported many of our clients in their recruitment needs.
