As the Director of HLTH Resourcing, Matt has circa 20 years’ experience in the field and a real passion for the healthcare industry. He partners with healthcare businesses across the UK, providing them with qualified medical and clinical management staff from Registered Managers up to C-suite level directors. His specialist experience in healthcare recruitment means he is able to source some of the very best talent in the industry, always placing them where their work adds most value to the provider. Day-to-day, he oversees the operations of the HLTH-Resourcing team, scouts talent for a range of clients, and develops excellent working relationships with providers nationwide. Matt represents the best calibre of candidates with patient care at the forefront of their mind, and always prioritises the needs of the providers we work with. As the HLTH-Resourcing Director, Matt brings our team together in our core aim to provide exceptional leaders, managers, and senior staff for providers across the UK.
Clinical Head of Compliance Interims
Tracey is a well-respected former CQC Inspector and Registered Manager. With 22 years' experience within the healthcare sector and the CQC itself, she brings an invaluable insight into the CQC’s complex expectations to our team. She understands the importance of excellent interim management solution for health and social care providers. Day-to-day, Tracey sources exceptional trusted and compliant professionals for our candidates, often supporting them during periods of crisis or sudden transition. She personalises her recruitment strategy to every provider’s unique aspirations and requirements. Her passion for the sector along with her own practical experiences guarantees she is an invaluable member of the HLTH-Resourcing team.
ASC & Medical Recruitment Consultant
Faith is our dedicated ASC & Medical Recruitment Consultant, specialising in recruiting high calibre talent across the health and medical sectors. She works with clients across adult social care sector and is also a specialist in clinical medical recruitment. Faith applies a clinically focused lens to her work, and her passion and sector insight are reflected by the exceptional and well-matched talent she places. She has a long history in the industry, having worked in recruitment since finishing school at 18 years old. She moved into healthcare recruitment due to a personal passion for the sector, which stems from her families’ careers in the industry. She is highly skilled in sourcing interim management staff for our clients, understanding the necessary qualities of a manager- especially in times of crisis or transition. Here at HLTH Resourcing, she is an essential member of our team, sourcing exceptional interim and permanent solutions for a large number of clients daily.
Dr Atif Ghaffar is the Medical Director of HLTH Resourcing and supports our clients with his decades of experience in the healthcare sector. He has experience working within the NHS and as a private GP, covering all aspects of primary and acute care. As a GP Principal for 16 years and an experienced CQC Lead – Dr Ghaffar provides invaluable support and guidance particularly to our clients looking to start bespoke GP services. As the former Medical Director at CQC Compliance Limited, Dr Ghaffar understands the fundamental importance of healthcare compliance and the need for primary and acute organisations to be forward-thinking in ensuring they are CQC-ready.
Non-Executive Clinical Director
Jayne joined HLTH Resourcing as our Non-Executive Clinical Director, following a successful period as a Director at CQC Compliance Limited. Jayne works with our clients to ensure long-term improvement in their compliance. Alongside her work with the HLTH Resourcing, Jayne has worked as the Director of Governance and Corporate Nursing and until recently was the nominated individual for the Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust – an ‘Outstanding’ hospital trust. With over 30 years nursing experience across orthopaedics, surgery and urgent care, Jayne has considerable knowledge in relation to reviewing care processes across a variety of services. Throughout her entire career, Jayne has been dedicated to promoting high quality, patient-centred healthcare at the highest level.
Meg has a passion for the health and social care sectors, which is reflected in the commitment she shows in ensuring our clients’ needs are met. She works with healthcare providers all over the UK. Meg tailors her work to the needs of every client, recognising that all providers have their own unique way of working and their own set of specific requirements.
